- Bonder Health: Ensure your bonder is in good working order by performing periodical preventative maintenance, calibrations, and diagnostics. - Upgrades: Upgrades are important to your bonder's health in order to keep the technology up to date. With Palomar's older models, significant improvements in the bonder's performance can be achieved through a BPU (Bonder Performance Upgrade). The BPUs consist of both updating the hardware (including the computer), and updating your bonder with the latest release in bonder software. By upgrading to a new computer, you will see a significant improvement in the speed of accesss to databases along with loading and revising your bonder programs. The latest bonder software includes revisions and new features that may enhance the programming and operation of your Palomar bonder.
- New Options: Palomar has released a number of new options over the last five years that can greatly improve the throughput and operation of your Palomar bonder. Many of our customers have found that the Intelligent Interactive Graphical Interface® (i2Gi®) is a major upgrade from the previous software. Vision Pilot® with Radar Referencing® has also provided a significant increase in throughput for many of our die bond customers.
