Information Collection and Use
Our primary goals in collecting personally identifiable information are to provide you with the services made available through the Sites, to communicate with you, and to manage your registered user account through which you can take advantage of the services made available through the Sites. For instance, we may use some of the information you provide to market specific products and services, including but not limited to customer support services.
If you desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Sites, you may be required to become a registered user and to submit certain personally identifiable information to Palomar Technologies. This may happen in a number of instances, such as when you want to download our “technical papers” or “data sheets” from the Corporate Site, sign-up for our “webcasts” or request information from the “Contact Us” submission form. This may also happen if you request to receive certain information available in the Investor Relations section of the Corporate Site, such as, for instance, when you sign up to download files available in such section, or to receive news feeds through our “RSS Feed Registration” service, or email alerts such as press releases through our “Email Alert Subscription” service. Personally identifiable information that we may collect in such instances may include your user name, password, email address, physical address, telephone number, your company’s name, your title and “investor type”. If you contact us by email through the Sites, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and may use your email address, and any information that you provide to us in your message, to respond to you. In addition, we may use the personal information described above to send you information regarding the Sites and/or our services. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such information or communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications or speak directly to the Palomar Technologies representative you have been in communication with.
When you visit the Sites, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type or the domain from which you are visiting, the web pages you visit and the search terms you use. For most users accessing the Internet from an Internet service provider, the IP address will be different every time you log on. Except in the instances described herein, we do not use this information to identify you personally. We use it to monitor use of the Sites and our service, and for the technical administration of the Sites.
Email Subscription Lists
The Sites are under an Opt Out policy. When you submit information - including your name, company and/or email address - to download any material or to receive information from the Sites, your email is instantly included into Palomar Technologies online communication subscription list. The list receives blog post alerts, press release alerts and several event announcement emails throughout the calendar year. Your information is never shared with any third party and is kept completely confidential. In order to stop receiving email and online communications from Palomar Technologies, you must unsubscribe by clicking "Unsubscribe Me" at the bottom of the received email. You can unsubscribe at any time. You are always welcome back.
