Information Collection and Use

Our primary goals in collecting personally identifiable information are to provide you with the services made available through the Sites, to communicate with you, and to manage your registered user account through which you can take advantage of the services made available through the Sites. If you desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Sites, you may be required to become a registered user and to submit certain personally identifiable information to Palomar Technologies. This may happen in a number of instances, such as when you want to download our “technical papers” or “data sheets” from the Corporate Site, sign-up for our “webcasts” or request information from the “Contact Us” submission form. This may also happen if you request to receive certain information available in the Investor Relations section of the Corporate Site, such as, for instance, when you sign up to download files available in such section, or to receive news feeds through our “RSS Feed Registration” service, or email alerts such as press releases through our “Email Alert Subscription” service. Personally identifiable information that we may collect in such instances may include your user name, password, email address, physical address, telephone number, your company’s name, your title and “investor type”. For most users accessing the Internet from an Internet service provider, the IP address will be different every time you log on. Except in the instances described herein, we do not use this information to identify you personally. We use it to monitor use of the Sites and our service, and for the technical administration of the Sites.
