Why Program Management Matters – A Unique Added Value

Program management is often an overlooked necessity when working with an OEM for automated microelectronics equipment. Organizations need this critical line of support when dealing with complex hybrid programs or unique product builds. Program managers are an exclusive point of contact for organizations, supporting a customer from order to buy-off and ensuring delivery of the expected solution.

At Palomar Technologies, we pride ourselves in our ability to deliver worldwide solutionsprogram management, training, Palomar Technologies tailored to your unique microelectronic assembly challenges. We manage our system orders in a series of phases. Through each of these phases, a dedicated Program Manager provides a single point of contact for our customer. At the initial quotation phase, our Program Managers (PMs) ensure that needs and requirements are understood so that the quoted system provides the expected production.  At the delivery phase, the PM ensures the system meets all needs and requirements, and that the system will be delivered on schedule.  At the installation phase, the PM again ensures the installed system meets production expectations.

The foundation of Palomar Program Management can be summarized in just a few words: we listen to you. We believe every customer is unique and we pride ourselves on solving your microelectronic assembly challenges.
