Moving its base of operations from Downey, California to the state-of-the-art facilities in Carlsbad allows SST to improve its manufacturing capacity and operate more efficiently by merging processes and sharing learnings between the two product lines and supporting personnel.
Unified processes and staff will mean improved agility to respond to increasing demand and more robust services for SST customers. SST customers should expect faster turnaround time and greater availability for all service and support requests.
The move itself will be executed the week of May 27th, and there will be no disruption to service or system lead times for SST customers. All products and services offered by SST will remain available moving forward, though some contact information may be updated to reflect the integration of SST in Palomar Technologies.
