As the company moves into the next phase of its growth and development, SST International will now be known as “SST Vacuum Reflow Systems” to more clearly reflect the positioning and description of the SST product line as part of the complete Palomar Technologies portfolio. Each element of the new brand and visual identity highlights the strategic focus of Palomar's new standards for providing total advanced packaging solutions.
“The refreshed logo pays homage to the company’s 50 year legacy and SST’s brand equity while updating the visual elements to evoke a more modern, progressive global brand and clear association with Palomar Technologies as part of its total microelectronic packaging assembly solution,” said A.J. In March 2015, SST International was acquired by Palomar Technologies to extend the company’s capabilities in precision wire bonding and die attach to high reliability, void-free, flux-free package assembly.
