Highlights From the Palomar Booth
SEMICON West 2016 in San Francisco, CA was a great success! In the Palomar Technologies booth, we had live demonstrations of our 9000 Wedge Bonder with handlers, 3880 Die Bonder, and SST Vacuum Reflow System's 5100 Vacuum Pressure Furnace. Not only did SST debut their new brand identity, Palomar also showcased how we offer total solutions for the most demanding and cutting edge applications in the microelectronic market sphere.
