Director of Global Customer Service

Tim Hughes

Tim Hughes has over 25 years of engineering and management experience in the microelectronics manufacturing industry. Mr. Hughes oversees the worldwide customer service organization. He is a key technical resource for all new product engineering, manufacturing, quality control and customer services.

Prior to expanding his current role in customer service and systems training, Mr. Hughes held the position as program manager for over three years. He also held various managerial and senior manufacturing engineering positions during his tenure with Hughes Electronics where he designed high-precision, large-area die attach systems and high-speed, automated wire bonders.

Mr. Hughes currently lives in Carlsbad, CA, with his wife and has one daughter.
