To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Service-Engineer (m/w/d) for our European branch based in Erlangen, Germany.
Your tasks:
- Carrying out all necessary services for the customer such as installation, commissioning and machine acceptance
- Error analysis/troubleshooting/maintenance
- On-site application support (manufacturing/process optimization)
- Carrying out customer training (operation and maintenance)
- Independent planning and documentation of all service activities
- Participation in training/further training measures
- Intensive communication (system/error analysis) with our headquarters in the USA
- Area of application – mainly all European Countries incl. Turkey and Israel
Your profile:
- State-certified electrical engineer, master electrician or
industrial mechatronics engineer (beneficial)
- Ideally first professional experience in technical customer service
- Independent, structured and efficient way of working
- Acting responsibly – alone and in a team
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Residence conveniently located in the greater Nuremberg/Erlangen area
- Valid driving license and passport
- High willingness to travel (approx. 60%)
- Friendly, communicative nature
