PH Chan
PH Chan is the Asia-Pacific Operations Director for Palomar Technologies, based in Singapore. Mr. Chan joined Palomar Technologies in 2010 and has since overseen all sales and field service for the Asia-Pacific region. Under Mr. Chan’s direction, Palomar Technologies has further expanded the installed base of high-precision die bonders and wire bonders in Asia. Mr. Chan has over 20 years of industry experience through his previous work at US-based companies such as K&S, Perkin Elmer, MicroProbe and Probe Logic as the Asian Sales Director and General Manager.
Mr. Chan holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Strathclyde in Britain. He currently resides in Singapore with his wife and three children.
